Hey LiarLooking,
Have you unlinked a platform account from an EA account in the past? Since game progress is stored at the EA account level, unlinking would disconnect you from previously accumulated progress. In order to try regaining access to that progress, you'll need to locate and recover the EA account you used to play on.
Otherwise, please check that you're signed into the correct account by confirming that your past purchases are listed on the Order History page and that your time played aligns with what you recall. Again, if you're not signed into the EA account the progress was accumulated on, you won't be able to access said progress.
If you've confirmed that everything looks correct, but the account level and items still don't match what you had in the past, this page offers some troubleshooting steps to help you locate those items. Once you give those a try, please feel free to connect with live support so they can work with you to review the account and see what might be the case.
