Community ManagerIf changing the graphics settings have no effect on the graphics or framerate, you may want to triple check your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output. An easy mistake to make and I have certainly done this in the past.
A couple of general troubleshooting steps:

EA_BarryI literally run the game after clean install win 10/11 with only steam installed. The graphics are changing for the better, but the load on the graphics card is not. I run tiranfall 2 and I didn't have any problems with low gpu load. I tried all the suggested steps and they didn't help. My windows system files are intact. my display connected to GPU and i'm use pcie 4.0x16. No problem with my pc in other games.
I've seen a bunch of streamers like xzylas/hiswattson that have the same problem on excellent hardware. Everything is fine with my PC. Game is not fine
