For manytimes what are you gonna do with FPS drops and poor performance on PC ? i cannot play the game at all, tried everypossible thing even lowering resolution to 800x600 but nomatter i did nothing changes ! , i heard that there was an update for Xbox players so what about PC !! PLEASE DO SOMETHING !

i checked your post but none of the solutions worked for me, the problem is with capitol and some other places like the tree it drops from 80 to 40 from some angels! i did everypossible thing but that started to happen specially since S4 update, everything was fine before.
and here is a DXdiag but keep it mind that im using configs + autoexec to make the game run at the most lower possible thing and everything was fine before S4 update.
Same problem here on PC. Randomly the game will stutter/hitch/drop frames and I've also noticed the return of slow motion/laggy servers. It's most likely a problem with the servers and not a problem with peoples' PCs as EA would like you to believe. Also it seems the capitol city area has optimization problems. Certain areas the frame rate would drop even before season 4.
yeah as i mentioned there is bad optimization for certain areas which fcks me so hard if there is a fight or zone closed in any of those

I don't think this is what you want to hear but, I'm afraid your PC doesn't meet the recommended specifications to run smooth 60FPS.
When you need to render a more demanding load, your AMD Ryzen 5 2400G hasn't enough recourses to handle that kind of load.
I recommend is adding a dedicated graphics card if you want to have a smooth 60 fps gameplay 😳
