Merge EA Accounts
I had an EA account from 2011. (First)
I started to play Apex Legends in steam on 2019 and mistakenly registered a new EA account for that matter. (Second)
Two days ago I found out about it and tried to fix it by unlink my steam from "Second" and link it to "First".
After that, I found out that my 850 hours progress on Apex Legends is bound to "Second" and now, I don't have that progress in my game because the steam account is linked to "First" and cannot be unlinked until 6 months. (I was thinking it's bound to my steam account which I found out is wrong)
Now, I want to merge my both EA accounts, I want to KEEP Apex Legends progress which is on "Second" and I don't care about other steam games progresses on "First" as much as Apex Legends.
On "First" I have bought only one game, "Anthem", other games on it are from link to my steam. Also it linked to my PSN account.
REQUEST SUMMERY: I want to merge both EA accounts, only three things are important for me after the merge. One, to keep Apex Legends 850 hours progress. Two, to have the game Anthem which I bought. Three, to have my steam account linked.
I have access to everything, both my EA accounts and their respective emails and the phone number on one of them.
How can I do that? There is a page on help.ea.com about merging account which says contact us to do that, but all the links of "contact-us" goes to main page of help.ea.com. It's like that there is no way to cantact ea support.
@highdeger I would contact support through chat. They should be able to link/unlink accounts for you. I was able to reach them here.
