Today my mic stop working only on apex I can’t talk or hear people in my lobby anymore. I’m on Xbox. Does anyone know how to fix this problem mic works on other games and in party chat

That's definitely weird.
Do you have any other devices connected to your Xbox? If so, can you try disconnecting them all to test and see if that makes any difference?
Please help! It is ruining my experience. And I wanna put money in the game...but not if the mic wont even work.

Mine worked fine at the beginning but it would cut out I could still hear the other players. However when the new update hit I couldn’t hear anyone, they say they can hear me but I just can’t hear them. Party chat works fine and any other games I am able to use game chat. It’s really ruining it for me :/

Is there any timeline on a fix for the mic not working on Xbox Series X? It's really hard to play without any communication at all when you're playing solo.
After buying two additional mics for $100+ each, I realized that it is a game issue.. I tried everything from factory resetting my console to reinstalling apex and still not working. It appears to work in the lobby but when I get to the game it’s unreadable for everyone in my party. This is a deal breaker and cannot progress in ranked with this issue.
So I got on my old gen xbox one s and loaded apex and my mic Is fully working on party chat game chat and other games. But when I’m on my series x apex mic doesn’t work. My mic doesn’t register on my screen but team says it registers on their end and my mic cuts in and out or doesn’t give audio and again other games and party work fine on series x but Apex won’t work. And again it was working fine on the Xbox One but Apex on series x doesn’t work
This confirms something I wanted to test. I have this same issue on Xbox Series X and Series S. I was going to try to play the game on my One X to see if this issue was there, but your reply now convinces me this is an issue for the X|S version of the game and it started happening after the last update. I hope the fix this soon, because unless I'm playing with my squad, I have no comms. I can hear people but they can't hear me
