Sorry you're not getting a minimap lately! This is something I've seen in a few other situations as well, so one thing that may help is to press the weapon inspect button next time you're in-game and notice the minimap missing.
In many cases that's enough to refresh things and cause that to show back up, but if you're still missing it after that point please feel free to create a bug report here and attach any screenshots or additional details so we can look into it further. Thanks!
