Missing account progression rewards

I recently reinstalled apex legend on 7/28/2026 at 3:24pm, when i loaded in it said i got 144k legend tokens from and over 100 apex packs from level progression. When i closed the tab none of the rewards went into my wallet or account. I have been playing and leveling up and been receiving the recent account levels but none of the old stuff have came into my account at all yet and i have been contacting support every day for over a week now with no help or rewards back. I’m wondering if i’m ever going to get my rewards.
