Missing all cosmetics including wraith heirloom after linking two accounts

i linked my xbox and steam PC account together back in 2022 before apex had cross progression and it made me lose my heirloom and skins/cosmetics. i still have my badges, stats, and level, im just missing cosmetics and legends but i had legend credits so thats okay. id like to say the account that originally had the heirloom and skins was my xbox account. ive tried multiple times over the past two years to get my cosmetics and heirloom back and contact support, unlinked and relinked accounts but nothing had helped me. i spent well over 200 USD on those skins and cosmetics and i think this is gonna be my final time trying to get them back. someone please help me fix this.
