This is getting frustrating now.
I have purchased 2 separate transactions of 1000 Apex coins days ago, but they have still not shown in my account.
I created an EA Help ticket, but it was closed before I ever got contacted about it. I tried to 'Resume' the ticket but for some reason this type of ticket doesn't allow live chat, so it won't let me change anything.
I have tried creating several other tickets but they all have the same issue.
I have even tried creating the issue as a different ticket type to try and talk to the Live Chat, but never get contacted. Even though the waiting time is "1 minute", I do not get any contact after 20+ mins....

I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive the Apex Coins you purchased.
When you contacted support, did you manage to speak to someone via chat or email? Hi, I created a request 4 times(https://help.ea.com/en/help-my-cases/) and not one of them was resolved, but I received notifications that my problem was “solved”
- I would like to chat online with someone, I can provide proofs and tell you more about my problem, so far I have only created tickets (https://help.ea.com/en/help-my-cases/)

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues to contact contact EA Help Support.
If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try:
- Go to: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
- Select the game you need assistance with or EA App
- Select "I want to update my EA Account information"
- Scroll down the page to find the "Chat with us" option
If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.

Hi @cirAndrew,
I've merged your post here as it's the same issue. Please have a look at reply #6 for instructions on how to reach out to EA Help Support via chat. I finally got an email response to my ticket but have been told my proof of purchase is in invalid 3 times now even though I have followed the guidance on https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/how-to-provide-proof-of-purchase/#steam and provided all relevant images.
Support seems more interested in making this as difficult as possible to fix so that I give up.
Do not understand how a massive company can get away with stealing money from small consumers.
This is ridiculous, the latest update is the support going ALL the way back to the beginning:
