profile on apex isnt permited to play online even though I have stable conection

for the past week I have not been able to play apex on my Xbox or pc (steam, EA and epic). every single time I try to log on and play it shows me the same message "profile is not permitted to play online" or "unable to connect to EA servers"  I have a 5G router and my stuff is connected by an ethernet cable, I have used live chat to speak to EA and they told me there's nothing they can do about it, has anyone else had this problem and if you have how did you fix it?
