Missing Apex Coins Xbox

    Hey @xGiingerrrDx,

    I assume you're reaching out to live support via email? It might be a good idea to try to start a chat with them instead.

    When you pick your product and platform, try selecting "Orders" -> "Check order status". That usually gives me the option to start a chat. Just be sure to inform the advisor what the actual issue is.

I am also having the same problem as of now. I bought 30 dollars worth of apex coins and they haven’t been credited to my account. I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled it , I have tried everything, this has never happened to me. I really want to know what is going on and how can I receive my apex coins.

        Unfortunately we're not able to help with missing content here on the forums. I've removed your screenshots since it's also not a good idea to broadcast your email address like that, but if you're having trouble reaching out to live support via email, it's worth doing so via a chat instead. When you follow the help link above, once you've picked your product and platform, try selecting "Orders" -> "Check order status". That consistently gives me the option to start a chat.

        (Also, to answer your question: Unfortunately they can't accept mobile screenshots, so they'll need to be made on either a computer, or via your console.)
