Missing Apex Coins

Every single time I buy Apex coins, they never appear on my account. I have contacted EA Support but they never help. I have submitted the proof of purchase but they never fix the issue.

    An advisor should be able to replace those coins, but you'll need to wait 24 hours to see if they show up first. If they don't, please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. An Advisor doesnt know what to do. I keep getting new ones for every response. ITs like they dont have organization.
