Missing Apex Coins

Every single time I buy Apex coins, they never appear on my account. I have contacted EA Support but they never help. I have submitted the proof of purchase but they never fix the issue.

hi, i'm also having the missing coin issue, but i also dont have an option to speak with anyone about it when i try to start a new case it just tells me to check here and i cant get in contact with anyone about it
