Every single time I buy Apex coins, they never appear on my account. I have contacted EA Support but they never help. I have submitted the proof of purchase but they never fix the issue.

Yeah, this doesn't work. I've had cases open since June when I purchased coins back in May and never received them. Multiple cases open prior to that and they were closed with 0 explanation. Got told the usual "It's been over 30 days". Well it wouldn't have been 30 days if EA just solved my issue and I received the product I purchased. Absolute robbed me.
