So basically I purchased 4 event packs for 2,000 apex coins and I opened 2 event packs but as I went ahead to open pack 3 my screen bugged and it randomly took me back to the event menu where my 2 packs disappeared.
1 person has contacted me and he to is also having the same problem- purchased 4 event packs, only got 3/4.
im hoping me and others can get our missing event packs back.

Thank you for the report!
To clarify, you have not lost any packs or items, though we are aware of a situation where the additional packs will automatically be opened if you exit that pack opening interface during the process.
This appears to be what happened here as well. If you notice the counter shows 2/36 collected at the beginning, and 6/36 collected at the end of the clip.
The other two packs were just opened in the background but you have still received the items, apologies for the confusion here.
You should be able to go through your collection to see what else was picked up from the remaining two packs that weren't opened manually.
- @EA_Mako I Made a post about this too. I don't have the video proof but there should be somewhere on the game where I clicked twice on the 4-pack bundle but only opened 2 of the packs.

Yeah Same thing for me except i checked what i opened and what i had recieved already before opening and what i didnt have and i did not get anything new i still had the same items after opening one pack and the other three disappeared, this has happened multiple times atleast twice with 5-6 packs just not there
the same thing but arrived ea I bought 4pack I opened 1 and the others disappeared return them to me or refund me
Even if I did get the items how’s that fair that they opened without my own doing what if I wanted save thoses packs???! You lot are a joke I won’t be putting a single penny into your scammy game again 5% chance skins in packs that I didn’t see open if that’s not sus idk what is 2 packs in a row I did not open got 5% chance skins the chances of that happening… unless it was tampered.

My event packs I just bought disappeared I opened one then backed out and they completely disappeared and when it shows unlocked items it only shows the items I got from the free pack and the two singles I purchased but nothing from the 4 I purchased please help
Bought 4 pack, it automatically opened one for me, shows on the screen 3 packs remaining, all disappeared. Extremely disappointed, this is the second time I’ve been ripped off. First time was when gifting started, NEVER GOT REFUNDED.
This just happened to me , what should I do?
- @Assassin_chick26 Same thing happened to my. They just marked my case fixed without any replay and doing nothing. Hello apex team? do you wanna help on something? Or we just giving up about like literally stealing from people? People paid real money for it you know.
