Missing apex pack from event progression

Product: Apex Legends / Platform: Steam-PC / Category: Missing content 

I opened 4 event cases from the Beast Mode event at once and it only rewarded me 1 rare and 1 epic pack instead of 2 rares and 1 epic. Since rewards go by pop-up, I should have had 2 times for the 1 rare pack and 1 time for epic but instead it happened only once for rare and once for epic.

I already opened a case before this post but ea support cannot validate my claim. I also did returning to main menu and re-opening the game from the steam client but it I didn't receive the missing rare pack.

Is there supposed to be a REWARDS LOG of everything I receive and actions made in the store to account for this? The ea support advised me to post this discussion in this forum in case other users have the same issue. I think it most likely happened because I opened all packs at once and would not result in the missing content if I opened it one by one.
