Missing badges due to cross progression

Question

Hi, I just did the cross progression yesterday to get all of my rare event badges (like the Valentines day 2019 one) on my PS4 account to my PC account but I only got one of them? I am missing some badges how can I fix it?

Depending on which badges you are missing, they may have been in-eligible to transfer.&nbsp;
