Missing Battle Pass Rewards

I'm a user playing Apex Legends, But there's a problem with game rewards

I bought Battle Pass this game season and Battle Pass Level 70 has been achieved But there's no reward for the battle pass 61~69 items

To confirm are you missing rewards for Season 19 or Season 20?

Also to check where they never unlocked or are the rewards tiers not unlocking?

So I bought the battle pass on my new apex account as my cross progression doesn't want to merge my main account and the Teal energizer sentinel skin hasn't appeared in my locker since buying the battle pass over 24 hours ago can someone help
