Missing content and support unlinked my account
Hello,
Last year on Feb 2021, I contacted support because I couldn't receive the twitch prime skin. They said it's a known issue and to fix it, my EA account need to be unlinked from My playstation account(which is the platform I play on) and link it again. So the support guy unlinked it so I can link it again with a new account and do something I can't remember to keep my progress. However, I lost all my progress/items and now I can't link my old account because I can't remember the password and the email address is from an old internet service provider that I don't have access to in any shape or form.
Furthermore, I bought about $150 worth of apex coins after a confirmation from support that I can get refunded if I don't receive anything. But of course I didn't receive them on my new linked account with support unable to refund me. Also bought another $10 coins today to try the game again with my friend and still didn't receive anything. I really want to access my old account with all the OG items in it and hopefully all the coins I bought since then. Or at least my $150 coins.

I'm afraid we're unable to make any changes to an account on the forums.
If you no longer have access to the email address for an older account, you can reach out to support to verify some additional account information. If they're able to verify enough of that information matches what was registered on the older account they'll be able to help get that information updated for you.
As far as the missing Apex Coins, we would need to verify this proof of purchase information to assist with missing coins.
