Missing content and support unlinked my account

Hello,

Last year on Feb 2021, I contacted support because I couldn't receive the twitch prime skin. They said it's a known issue and to fix it, my EA account need to be unlinked from My playstation account(which is the platform I play on) and link it again. So the support guy unlinked it so I can link it again with a new account  and do something I can't remember to keep my progress. However, I lost all my progress/items and now I can't link my old account because I can't remember the password and the email address is from an old internet service provider that I don't have access to in any shape or form.

Furthermore, I bought about $150 worth of apex coins after a confirmation from support that I can get refunded if I don't receive anything. But of course I didn't receive them on my new linked account with support unable to refund me. Also bought another $10 coins today to try the game again with my friend and still didn't receive anything. I really want to access my old account with all the OG items in it and hopefully all the coins I bought since then. Or at least my $150 coins.

    I'm afraid we're unable to make any changes to an account on the forums.

    If you no longer have access to the email address for an older account, you can reach out to support to verify some additional account information. If they're able to verify enough of that information matches what was registered on the older account they'll be able to help get that information updated for you.

    As far as the missing Apex Coins, we would need to verify this proof of purchase information to assist with missing coins.

    If you have those screenshots please reach out to support and they'll be able to look into this further with you. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.

    I'm afraid we're unable to make any changes to an account on the forums.

    If you no longer have access to the email address for an older account, you can reach out to support to verify some additional account information. If they're able to verify enough of that information matches what was registered on the older account they'll be able to help get that information updated for you.

    As far as the missing Apex Coins, we would need to verify this proof of purchase information to assist with missing coins.

  • @EA_MakoI tried and they can't help because the coins are almost from a year ago. But it's not fair as every time I buy coins I don't get them. If I just can get my coins back

    If this is happening every time, please reach out immediately when you realize you haven't received the coins.

    If support was not able to assist, unfortunately there's nothing we'd be able to do on the forums either.

    If you have more recent purchases like the $10 you mentioned getting today, please grab those screenshots and contact support so you can be sure those are added properly.
  • I HAVE also tried to reach out but each time they sent me the same email different person. I just want my coins, I feel scammed. they keep sayin something along the lines of sending the screenshot which I did multiple-times. and it sucks cause I waisted $30 for content that I didn't get!

    You've attached screenshots in your case, however it does look like they needed some additional information and had asked a couple other questions that have yet to receive a reply.

  • @EA_Mako Well I have also tried that but it just sends me to the page with with support options but never with a advisor. It makes me feel frustrated

    You're not seeing any support options available when resuming your current case from the link above?

    I do see you've been able to create cases in the past, so you should be able to resume it to continue replying.

    Alternatively you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead if that's easier than creating a new case through the support site or resuming a current case.

  • @EA_Mako I can resume it but I would just send another email like I already have been. I’ve been sending emails but get the same response.
