Missing content

Hi there I have purchased a bundle of 11500 apex coins or £80 and have not recieved them in 48h I’ve spent 2 days trying all of your suggested methods and not had any luck including reaching out to messenger please help me

sorry if this is the wrong board I just posted on the most relevant one I could find

    Hey @redarrow751,

    I do see you had a couple live chats earlier and that particular case is still open and waiting for some additional information to be provided.

    You should be able to open your cases here to resume a previous case. 

    I'd recommend trying to resume the prior case where you had those chats rather than using the email option if possible. That would allow you to speak with someone directly.

    Aside from that, if you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.

    We're unable to assist with missing Apex Coins on the forums, but we can definitely get you pointed in the right direction to have those added to the account. 

    Please take a look through this required proof of purchase information and make sure your screenshots match the format requested and show all the necessary information.

    Once you have those screenshots available, contact support directly with this link and they'll be able to take a look over the account with you to get this cleared up.

  • Hi thanks for trying to help but the issue is that by the time I get there the only solutions I’m given are emailing them which results in them not replying (I’ve waited quite a while) and then the other option is reaching out to answer hq or getting the normal answers like power cycle 

    I just need to talk directly to someone from ea that can put them in the account perhaps a chat room?
