Missing dive tail

Hellloooo, this is the second time I am leaving this message. I was ladder champion 2 times in a row. But it has only counted just one. Can someone please look into it for me. It was extremely frustrating constantly playing against cheaters to earn it. And yet I still dont get it. Please someone look into my account. What info do you need from me to get this checked out at least
