Missing Event Skins and Gifting

Greetings. I've been playing the game since two days after launch. I have completed every event and received the rewards skins for doing so. I recently noticed that many of the Legend skins are now...

HurricaneFrogTX Are the locked skins the ones you've unlocked before in the past or are you talking about other skins that now show up?

If you mean the other skins, Respawn made some skins show up year-round, (regardless of the in-game store rotation).

From what I know of, Apex Packs cannot be gifted.

Thanks for your questions.

These are reward skins for completing the different seasonal events, and I’ve completed almost all (if not all). At one point I could use them, and even had one or two set as favorites, but now they are locked. I’m unsure of when this occurred but it’s very strange.

  Are you able to get a screenshot showing the favorited skins being locked, (as shown in the example below)?
  
  Is it every event skin you've obtained that is now locked?
  
  Do you know what the event skins were called so when Respawn looks into the issue, they can better pinpoint where the skins went?
