Usually when everything seems to be completely missing like this, it's due to unlinking a platform from the EA account where that progress was initially earned.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts. It looks like that's what happened here as the EA account you're currently posting from is essentially brand new, not one you could have played on in the past.
If there are any other emails or accounts you may have used instead, I'd try logging in with those to see if your progress is simply on that other account. If you've unlinked or relinked any other platforms, you would need to re-link them to the first EA account instead.
We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform can be re-linked.
