Missing Everything in Apex

I just started playing apex recently and when I logged on the other day I was level 1 like I never played before. Lost all skins, heirlooms, legends, everything. Is there a way to get any of it back....

The account you're posting with currently was just created and launched Apex for the first time extremely recently. If you had a level 800+ account, that was connected to a different EA account than the one you're posting from now.

That's the one you'd need to find and re-link your PSN account there instead.

If I’m on PSN how do I unlink the account without a Computer or using my phone. If I get banned for smurfing just know it’s because you guys can’t make a good game.

  You've simply linked your PSN to a brand new EA account instead of whichever one has all your progress.
  
  You'll need to get in touch with support if you're unable to go through these steps to re-link it to the appropriate account.
