missing founder/starter pack

Missing Founders and starters pack from beginning of games life cycle. Merged my accounts from being a PlayStation player last season and didn't touch the game much until the current season (S20), I went to equip my badges from the respective packs and they are blocked out as if I never bought them. I have two pieces of proof that I bought the starter and I'm still searching for proof of my Founders one even though the hemlock was a constant equip for me. Anyone else find there two packs missing?
