Missing heirloom after joining match
i opened a pack before I got into a match and when I came back my heirloom shards were gone I need I’ve restarted over and over this happened yesterday I need help

SmollChild When you open up an Apex Pack, the items are automatically granted to your account, (whereas the opening animation is only an animation).
This means that if you don't have any Heirloom Shards, then the pack unfortunately didn't contain any Heirloom Shards.
I did and I got them for sure and I didn’t receive anyone I saw them in the shop then my match started
