Missing items and currency after cross progression

First, to confirm some items, skins, and progress are not eligible to transfer with cross-progression. For more information check out our post:

For items that should be eligible, to confirm was either your PC or PSN account unlinked from an older EA account prior to the one it is currently linked to?
If so progress is stored on the EA account level, not individual platforms like Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, etc. and you would need to relink it to its original account to attempt to restore your items and progress.
