Missing Ranked Ladder Rewards from over 6 weeks ago…

I placed 1st out of 100 in one of last season’s (s25) ranked ladders. I grinded for so long to achieve this, as the rewards were 30BP stars. I finished 500 points above second place, so I was feeling pretty good about my efforts. It’s now been over 6 weeks (6th Jul-19th Aug) with nothing. I’ve had to resume and even reopen (as they closed it for some reason) the case four times, repeating all the info each time. I’ve also been in contact with four different EA representatives via email, again reiterating and asking for answers again and again only to be told “it’s a common issue this it’s a top priority, but they don’t have a time frame for the fix”. i only get a reply after i contact them. As a result of not receiving my rewards, i didn’t try hard in the following ranked ladder (placing 10th) thus i earned the genuine scraps they call rewards for coming 10th/100 (3 packs and 10 BP stars). tell me how these rewards came in instantly. I find it hard to believe that it’s A) a common enough issue that is being treated as a priority, as the amount of players who placed 1st would be.. well one in one hundred. B) the simple fact that even one of my 8 back and forths over email or on the website with support, would take longer than simply gifting me the rewards. literally one chat with them is 20 minutes, that’s longer than it should take to even fix this. C) after nearly seven weeks, not only are they “treating this with a priority but unknown timeframe still” (yea ok) but they only tell me this after i spend 20 min explaining AGAIN the same issue. What’s apparent to me is that, if these rewards even come through, I’ve already surpassed level 30 in this split’s battle pass, meaning that by the time they supposedly will come through, i’ll likely already be at level 60, rendering the rewards completely useless. Unless I wait for weeks or even months longer, hoping one day they come through, and not playing the game such that i don’t surpass the BP level that would render them useless, Im basically gonna get a “reward” of like 5 battle pass stars. Not only should I get my rewards like now, but for the honestly 5+ hours of time it’s taken collectively to look up who to contact, going back and forth, reading online etc.. AND the now 6+ week wait, i should really be given some compensation (more rewards, such as more battle pass stars). but we all know that ain’t happening. EA takes everything and gives nothing.
