Missing Rewards from Legendary Hunt Challenges

So i finished in the top 5 squads 5 times as its the requirement for getting Bloodhounds new skin. Now that i've done it i headed from the lobby to the skin previw, and even though the game says 5/5 is still does not allow me to equip it when i enter the skin preview nor is it shown in my inventory

I have the same proublem under the account shousler none of my rewards but the wraith skin for pass have unlocked despite me doing the chalenges on ps4

i've won 2 games but i didn't get the skin and its not even unlocked. i got other skins except this one

I now have the scout reward but similarly can't access it.

The first reward I got was the triple take one and that one worked fine.

The Legendary Hunt event i have completed all of the challenges and i have not gotten the triple take skin that you get for winning 2 games and the G7 Scout skin for getting top 5 in apex elite which i have completed and the only skin i got was the bloodhound skin you get for getting top 5 5 times but the rest it says i have completed it but haven't gotten the skins and i have tried everything i'm not to sure if it's a bug or not if it is please fix cause it's only limited time
What should be happening instead? getting the skins when you complete the challenges in the legendary hunt event

What happens when the bug occurs? I was not given the rewards for the legendary hunt challenges, which I was really looking forward to mainly playing bloodhound and using the triple take.
What should be happening instead? There should be a screen saying that the challenges have been completed and the rewards added to my legends and armory skins

After hearing the update would include new skins for my most played legends and most used sniper in the game, I was elated. However, after completing the legendary hunt challenges it became apparent that nothing was being added into my account. I am missing the Bloodhound 'Master of the hunt' skin, the triple take 'Tamed Beast' skin and the G7 scout 'The wolfpack' skin.

I did receive the Wraith 'Night Terror' skin however, that's why I don't know what is wrong with the other rewards. My friends that have completed the challenges have all received this rewards.

This is exceptionally disappointing because I was actually looking forward to the new cosmetics, after a extremely lackluster battle pass.

I have been made aware by EA support that the problem is entirely server-side as they have walked me through troubleshooting the issue on my end, to no avail.

What should I do?

Just won 2 games. No skin. No dice!
