misssing apex coins

So i bought 1000 apex coins on xbox. Waited some time, didn't get them. Submitted a ticked and didn't got a response. Im attaching some proof below. Hope that ill get'em soon

    @owocekking Having the same issue. No one on EA customer service can help and I was suggested to request a refund because " My account is not eligible to receive coins."

    I had no issues earlier and no one is explaining why this is happening. If you find out anything, please keep me in the loop and good luck.
