Mouse Cursor is broken in Apex Legends

As of April 16th 2024, I stopped being able to see my mouse cursor in-game. This includes, but is not limited to, the Start Screen, Lobby, In-Match, Store, Death Box UI, etc... 

Only when Apex Legends is the window in focus does the cursor disappear. If I Alt-Tab to another window or to my desktop, the mouse cursor is visible.

The game is installed on my SSD drive through the EA App.
I have repaired the game files.
I have checked all my game settings.
I have checked my Cursor Settings in Windows.
Nothing worked...

HOWEVER

I run the game natively at 1440p. I switched the game resolution to 1080p and the cursor became visible, I then switched back to 1440p and the mouse cursor was still visible. I believed this solved the issue, it did not. I new issue arose.

The mouse cursor is now always visible, even during matches in any playlist, including the Firing Range.
This is now consistently the issue whether I am in 1440p or 1080p, Borderless, Windowed, or Fullscreen. The issue persist.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE

I closed the game and re-launched it, only for the Mouse Cursor to become fully invisible again.

I've asked friends who play Apex Legends and no one has experienced or even heard of this issue before. I am at a loss.
