Mouse freezing every second

I don't really see it freezing because maybe because of the frame rate in the video but let's start troubleshooting anyway.
First of all, have you already tried to lower the polling rate of your mouse?I also noticed you have some packet loss issue's (red icon top right)
Can you try to troubleshoot your connection and see if that improves anything?
