My account became level 1 on Steam

I was playing with a 80 lv apex account from my steam account, after 6 months I logged into apex again and I had a level 1 account, I was using the correct account, the steam account and the EA account were connected. That's exactly what happened, I opened apex from steam, then an e-mail came to me, I logged in to the correct e-mail, then the steam page remained on a black screen and I closed it, then I saw that I had opened a level 1 account, how can I solve this, how can I get the e-mail login screen again.

  • Hey @fatihmen,

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and would just see a reset to level 1 with no other cosmetics.

If you were prompted to sign into an account again and found yourself level 1 after that point, it sounds like a different account than the original may have been used. The account you're posting from, for example, has only accessed Apex on Steam recently - if you had played on Steam over 6 months ago, it would have been linked to a different account at the time.

In that case you'll need to re-link your Steam to its original EA account instead. If you have any issues re-linking your accounts please reach out to support so they can help get your Steam account back to its original EA account.
