My account got hacked, all my item in game are missing.
Hello, here's my story regarding my account got hacked. Last year, my gmail got hacked and the EA ID that linked to my Apex Legends game is compromised. My question is, is there a way that hacker able to transfer the data to another EA ID? Because, i already got back the email and done all the security check and it was safe.
Long story short, i downloaded back the game and sees my account got reset to level 1, including all those weapon skins from my previous battle pass and legends skin. Is there a way that i can get it back? I have several proof that is my account. I have a receipt from my gmail that i bought the first battle pass. And i check the Apex Legends Tracker using my steam id, that is totally different from my steam name.
Can someone help me out here? I tried creating a support ticket but it wont allowed me to.
