My account has been hacked and i was informed that i got banned

Hi Friends and community

I just want help from every one please help me to get my account back.

i am broken because i can see some one using y account playing the game

my friends gave me information about my account that it is active and every thing is there

some one else hacked my account and i don't know hi get banned.

i have invested my pocket money to get some stuff's

i was playing Apex legends from season 2 i have done nothing wrong in any games i play.

i am attaching some live images of my account (now i have asked my friend to give me the screenshot)

please help i need my account back

Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account. If you haven't already, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account and system back into your control.

For banned accounts you'll need to submit an appeal here to have our Terms of Service team review the ban.

After that you'll need to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself. As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums.

You can create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I need help with my hacked account so the support team can assist with the actual account recovery.

Hey @iTzzPHOENIXYT,

You won't be able to link a Steam account to an EA account that has already had a different Steam linked. Each EA account can only have one other account of each platform linked over its lifetime.

If you're having trouble accessing the account, you'll need to get in touch with support so they can help make any needed changes to get you logged back into the account itself.

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.

i have recovered my mail id with steam but the ban history
is still there which i haven done any thing wrong with my account
the Pearson who hacked my account might have used something
with my account i but i saw the id was active few days back and its in Dimond 3
i have lots of stuff in that account i dont want to loos those please help me
the customer chat support helped me a lot but still my dispute for the removal of ban has not taken care
please help me with this

If someone has gotten into your account again, the same steps listed earlier should still be accurate and go to active links.

Please follow the same steps on the solution post so our support team can help you get back into your account.

We cannot make any changes to your account here on the forums.

You'll need to get in touch with support using the steps linked above. What's happening when you select those specific options listed earlier in the thread?
