My account was banned suddenly, with no email from EA
Hi Community,
I am in a weird situation where I log-in to the game and it shows banned, but after checking the community posts, I did not receive a ban email from EA. So I am really confused about what happened given that I did not hack and was playing for 2 months just now (brought into the game by other friends).
I got banned suddently with no email on why I was banned. I suspect it is because my email associated to EA was no longer in use, so I contacted support and moved my acocunt to an email that I have access to. However, after this, I still don't receive why my account was suddenly banned. I could not even make a proper dispute because I DONT know why I was banned in the first place. I contacted support, they filed a ticket, but the response was a deny and no reason as well.
So it's like I am stuck in this loop with no idea of why the account was banned, and no chances of making a disupte given that I don't know the reason. I really like this game, but the way I am being treated is just terrible. Suddenly banned and no reason as well. I cannot play this game with my friends given the currently situation, and with what Respawn did recently, the game was already losing a lot of players. I have also made quite a few in-game purchases for apex, meant to play it long term, but this disturbs everything.
If I were to suspect, I gave my account to my friend in another country to play for a few days, but I thought that is fine. If it's not, I will make sure not to give my account to others, but I feel like at least I deserve a 2nd chance. Another suspicison is that I was matched into a game where players move like zombies. In that game I was playing solo so I matched two random guys that I don't know. It feels weird in that game and I don't know why I was matched into that game. So if I was banned for killing AFK players, the dispute I want to make is that I don't even know why the server would put me into that game in the first place, as I don't know the other two players at all.
Please resolve this, and I wish to get some help from the community as well...

All the available information relating to your ban would have been communicated to you via the email associated with your EA account. You mention that you may no longer have access to that email.

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times.That said, you are ultimately responsible for your account, and the actions of anyone you let use it.
It's unlikely that you would have recieved a ban for being matched up with random players.
