My account was stolen by a hacker
It's been three months since I could do this, but I still won't give up I went to EA Help to ask for help, but they denied the answer they gave me, but I really did not log in to my EA account in...
Help for account issues cannot be given on AHQ, for any further problems with your actions you'll have to take it up with the ToS team.
If you haven't already, I recommend resecuring your account properly: https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/
And enable 2FA if you haven't already: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/ea-login-verification-information/
After that it might be good to send in another ticket to the ToS team and explain your situation with more detail, as much as you think is necessary. (Unless they tell you not to send any further tickets)
Hopefully you'll be able to resolve your issue with them, though if they uphold the account action then it will most likely be a permanent decision.
