Accidental Purchase and Refund Issue

Today, I want to bring up a serious issue regarding the game's User Interface (UI) when unlocking Heirloom items.
I was fortunate enough to get 150 Heirloom Shards from an Apex Pack. However, due to a simple misclick while browsing the Mythic Store, I accidentally unlocked Pathfinder’s "Bela Bruisers" heirloom. To my surprise, the game did not prompt me with any confirmation dialog (like "Are you sure you want to unlock this item?") before completing the transaction. It just unlocked instantly.
I contacted EA Help immediately, and while the advisor was very empathetic, they stated that due to system limitations, they cannot reverse or refund in-game purchases.
I have not equipped, used, or played a single match with this item. It is completely untouched. It feels incredibly frustrating to lose months of hard work and savings over a single accidental click just because the UI lacks a basic confirmation screen. Almost every modern game has a "Hold to Purchase" or "Confirm" button for valuable items.
I am posting this here as feedback for the dev team. Please consider adding a confirmation prompt for Heirloom and Mythic store purchases in a future update so other players don't suffer from the same mistake.
Also, if any Community Manager sees this, I really hope there could be a one-time exception for cases like mine where the item usage is strictly zero.
