My Apex account was hacked and my email was changed, but I have an initial email
Hello, after two and a half years, I have returned to play Apex. During your rest, I checked the account reason (LOL) myself
My initial EA email was hacked and changed to (dd ****** @ uctu. cn), which is not my email (my email is [edit: email address removed] ）
When I started Apex by logging into my Steam account the day before yesterday, I was reminded to bind my EA account; I bound the initial EA account, but it was displayed as only lv1
Can you help me change my account email back? I can provide some things you need, help me
You should be able to submit your case without logging in. Have you tried that already?
Spoiler- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
