My apex game seems to be quiet, and sound is hard to tell where its com

My games seems quiet and i cant tell where direction is coming from, as well as how close the enemy is. Ive tried many things to fix this, but nothing seems to work, please help.

@jxtux Do you have any 3rd party apps installed related to your sound?
could you verify that you have not muted or lowered the sound by mistake ingame, in settings or 3rd party apps for headsets etc.

Could you also verify what platform you're facing the issue on?

I had a similar issue and fixed it. If you see a spatial audio enabled anywhere just turn it off - it is usually found in sound settings for your output device, see attached screenshot.
