my apex legends cfg folder is empty. how can i get my cfg files back

When i opened the apex legends folder and went to the cfg folder, it was totally empty with only a folder named client. I opened that folder and it contained only a file named st_data.bin . Earlier the cfg folder used to contain a lot of files and now its totally empty with only the client folder. I need this to be fixed ASAP. Also i attached the screenshots of the cfg folder and the client folder which is situated inside the cfg folder.
