So I got banned on 18th of April and my appeal I put in got overturned and when I’ve asked advisors all I’ve been told is that I gotta wait for the TOS team to review it but the last person I advisor I talked to said that my account was already unbanned on there side and to log on but I still am banned in game.
has anyone else had this problem?

If not, it may be worth asking the TOS team for assistance again. You can explain the current situation in detail so they understand that, although the ban has been lifted, access to the game is still unavailable.

ive tried to log out restart everything and log back in but its still saying im banned
and i haven't heard anything about my ban for over 15 days.

Sorry to hear you’re running into that. That does sound a bit strange.
If the appeal was overturned on their side, but you’re still seeing the ban in-game, it may be worth fully signing out, restarting the game and platform client, and then checking again.
If it works, please let me know.
