Update: I think this might be part of some form of update, I had my buddy check his pc and he had the exact same cfg folder, only with the client folder inside it. Maybe try deleting the cfg folder then booting up apex to resolve your caps lock issue? Deleting the cfg file then launching the game will make a brand new file and reset everything back to default. A bit annoying, but it should solve your problem

I just tried to delete the whole cfg file and booted the game but it just came back to same status, empty cfg. I think its good time to leave this game lol ty for helping it was at least better suggestion than most EA supporters
