My friend bought Apex Coins but they're not showing up in the game

This hasn't happened to me personally, so please bear with me if I'm missing any information.

He's not good at making these kinds of inquiries or asking questions, so I ask them for him.

My friend bought Apex Coins through Steam, and the payment itself was definitely successful, but the coins were not reflected at all even after a few days.

He contacted support, but there was no reply, and the case was closed without being resolved.

It seems that this is not the first time this has happened, as the same thing happened several years ago, and support treated him the same way then.

After researching, it seems that similar problems are not uncommon, and at the same time, it is not uncommon for cases to be closed without being resolved.

If support never responded to me, the case was closed without being resolved at all, and I send another inquiry to support to solve the same problem, will they take it?

Of course, if there is any necessary information missing, I will attach it, and if the reason he did not receive the email is due to his email settings, I will tell him to resolve that before contacting support.

    Thanks for trying to help your friend out!

    If your friend's coins have not shown up within 24 hours there are a few things to try:

    • Log out of Steam (don't just close it)
    • Close Steam via Task Manager
    • Restart Apex

    After that point it may also help to launch the game through EA app rather than Steam to see if the coins appear there.

    If they are still not showing up for your friend after that, they will need to contact support directly to get help adding these to the account. Support will need to verify these screenshots so please be sure your friend has that information available.

    Do note they will need to create the case from their own account if needed, as that portion isn't one you would be able to do from your end.
