My game crashes without crash report

when i play a match it just crashes my game to the desktop in random moments of the game, i dont know why and i did everything i could find on the internet but nothing helps. I tried on Steam and EA ...

Some troubleshooting steps to try:

Download and install all available Windows Updates
Turn off the EA app overlay via the three bar menu at top left, Settings, Application, In-game overlay
Clear the EA app cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
In the EA app, click on the game and then Manage, Repair
Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
