my laptop freezes after 10 minutes of playing

Platform: PC / Windows
Game: Apex Legends
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4060 Laptop GPU
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7945HX
RAM: 16 GB DDR5
Laptop: Lenovo Legion 5 Pro
Display: 2560×1600, 240 Hz

when i play apex after 10 minutes my laptop becomes unresponsive and freezes and i have no choice but to force restart my laptop. the freeze happens 10 minutes after opening the game whether if it's ingame, firing range, or just in menu.

these are the things i have already tried:

• performed a clean installation of windows
• cleaned the laptop internally
• repasted the cpu/gpu
• reinstalled apex on steam and ea
• repair/verify integrity of files in both clients
• tested other demanding games
• reformat laptop

the issue still persists after all that i tried. has anyone have any fix for this? thank you in advance.
