Apex legends account error

I wasn't gonna take this to forums, ive had the worst experience in my life trying to receive help from EA ive provided every thing showing the problem i am having and yet im being ran in circles to do this and that yet ive been through 7 different agents who tell me pretty much i have 0 penaltys i shouldn't be banned and it SHOULD be fixed in 24-48 hours, ive been transferred to a special team who deals with that i get told, my problem will be solved when its important enough,  I do have screenshots of all of my chats with these ea agents, My account is clearly un penaltied theres no ghost penalty but its still just telling me im banned and after like 5 minutes of sitting in the lobby it tells me im banned again with no restraint, im at a loss here?. Ive provided so much useful case files yet they seem to be useless, as someone of a staff team, how can you tell me "I wish it gets resolved soon for you" then close my chat you were supposed to be helping me resolve it. Its not like its 1 account either is any account i try so i am just on lockdown from playing apex yet I'm still spending more then 3 days trying to get this fixed. I mean if my chat can just get closed and I'm left with no help because you cant, doesn't seem right, doesn't feel right, and isn't right.
