Judging from other players experiences, you probably haft to wait atleast 4-6 weeks to get unbanned, and there's nothing more you can do except appealing the ban. I would assume EA track login activity, but most likely they will check hardware id, since people can use programs that make it seem like their account was logged in somewhere else. So checking login activity is less reliable. I was banned for the same reason as you, and I've waited one month so far. So expect atleast a month for your account to be unbanned.
Thanks man, I realized after I posted my reply that EA probably assumes some people to be using things like VPNs and such to try to avoid/appeal bans on their account.
