My purchased characters are now locked

I recently came back from a break and now my characters that were once unlocked are now locked. I've had the following characters unlocked. Ballistic Sparrow, alter and conduit. Please unlock my characters. I I have already purchased.

Is there something I can do? I cleared all my cache and multiple other things that were suggested nothing has worked. What can I do?

Hey JahMaha , how did you unlock those characters previously? Did you make sure you fully unlocked them, or they were just unlocked temporarily?

Have you tried redownloading the game? That has fixed the issue for players who encountered the same problem.
