My screen freezes in the loading screen before the match. Any solution?

I keep getting penalized for "leaving" the game in rankeds plus losing points

please help☹️ it is really frustrating since 2 of every 3 games the screen freezes and i have no option but opening task manager and closing the game.

PC specs:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00GHz"

Nvidia Geforce Gtx 1060 6GB

8GB RAM

I have exactly the same problem! Typing this as I'm temporarily banned by something caused by the game itself. Everything is updated as should be

It is not because of the about the driver, there are many people having this kind of problem ,I hv this problem from season 2 , apex legends doesn't fix it

@ltcdavissss maybe it could be because of the ssd. I have my game installed on the ssd and i think it makes it load faster.¿

@xLoucazz i have the game on nvme ssd and never had this issue.
